- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be informed via email or SMS.

- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.
- In case of lost or damaged packages during transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Customers must report such incidents within 48 hours of expected delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistics network issues.
- We will notify customers in such cases via email or call.
7. Change of Shipping Address
- You can request a change in the shipping address within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After dispatch, address changes cannot be accommodated.
